Booking an experience
Browsing is open to everyone. Booking requires a free account so we can hold your spot, send your confirmation, and apply any credits you've earned.
- Pick a date and time on the experience page.
- Choose how many guests are coming.
- Check out securely with Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
- We'll email your confirmation and the host's contact details.
Payments and currency
We accept Visa and Mastercard everywhere, and additional methods (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) where they're enabled. Prices are quoted in your local currency for context, with the actual charge in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Lao Kip (LAK) is the default display currency for visitors in Laos. You can switch the display currency at any time from the language menu.
Cancellations and refunds
Each experience has its own cancellation policy, shown on the experience page before you book. Most experiences follow a moderate policy: full refund 7+ days before, partial refund 2+ days before, no refund within 48 hours.
If something exceptional happens (illness, emergency, force majeure), reach out to support — we'll work it out with the host.
Your account
You can manage everything from your account page.
- Change your password and email at any time.
- View your booking history and download receipts.
- Manage how we use your data — see our Privacy policy for details.
For hosts
Want to host an experience? Apply through the Host page — we'll review your application within a few days.
Approved hosts can create experiences, manage availability, accept bookings, and receive payouts directly via Stripe Connect.
