Keep groups small, intentional
Your capacity is a design choice. 4–6 people for a retreat. 1:1 for a guided conversation. Small is the point.
Be honest about the experience
If the path is steep, say so. If the internet is bad, say so. Guests who choose you despite the friction love you for it.

How long does the application review take?
We review every application manually within 5–7 business days. You'll hear back by email either way. If approved, we schedule a 30-minute call to shape your first experience together.
What does GoRosenda take?
Platform fee is 20–40% depending on experience type and host tenure. Long-form retreats pay the lower rate, 1:1 short experiences pay the higher rate. You keep 60–80%. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no hidden charges.
Can I list multiple experiences?
Yes — once your first experience is live and well-reviewed, you can add more. Most hosts start with one, then grow into 3–5 curated experiences within the first year.
When do I get paid?
Payouts process within 3 business days after guest check-out — via Stripe (global) or Wise (preferred for non-GBP currencies). All reservations are held in escrow until the experience completes.
What if a guest cancels?
You set your own cancellation policy when you publish. We recommend a moderate policy: full refund 14+ days out, 50% within 14 days, no refund within 48 hours.
What support does GoRosenda provide?
Shaping the emotional frame of your experience, photography guidance, copy editing, scheduling tooling, reviews moderation, and guest support. We handle the platform; you focus on presence.
