• Account details you give us — name, email, password (hashed), profile photo if you add one.
• Booking and wallet activity — what you booked, when, and the rewards you earned.
• Emotion-first signals — the moods you choose at the entry point, kept anonymous until you sign in.
• Device and usage information — browser, language, pages viewed, used to keep the platform safe and improve it.

We use your information to provide the service, personalize what we recommend, communicate with you about bookings, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

When you book, we share the minimum needed with the host — your name, the booking dates, and any access information they need to welcome you.

We work with carefully chosen processors (payments, email delivery, analytics). They are bound by data protection agreements and may only act on our instructions.

We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used so we can make it better.

We keep your account data while your account is active. After deletion, we may keep limited records (e.g. booking receipts) for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law, then we securely remove them.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect what you entrust to us.
