The agreement between us.

These terms govern your use of GoRosenda — the website, the booking platform, the host program, and the wallet that issues ALEC rewards. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.

We try to keep this short and human. If anything is unclear, write to us — we would rather explain than hide behind small print.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

Tell us straight away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

When you confirm a booking, you enter a contract directly with the host of that experience. We facilitate the connection, the payment, and the safety standards — but the host delivers the stay.

• Prices and availability shown at the time of booking apply.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy attached to each listing.
• Behavior at the property is governed by the house rules the host publishes.

Hosts agree to keep listings accurate, honor confirmed bookings, comply with local laws and tax obligations, and welcome guests with the care that GoRosenda represents.

GoRosenda may suspend or remove listings that fall short of our quality standards.

ALEC tokens are a loyalty unit you earn through meaningful actions on GoRosenda — booking, reviewing, sharing, completing your profile.

ALEC has utility inside the platform (discounts, perks, tier upgrades). It is not a security, not a currency, and not redeemable for cash. We may adjust how ALEC is earned or spent as the program evolves; significant changes are announced in advance.

Use GoRosenda kindly. Do not impersonate others, scrape the platform, attempt to break its security, or post content that is harmful, illegal, or misleading. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, and messages you submit. By submitting them, you grant GoRosenda a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use them to operate and promote the platform.

GoRosenda provides the platform "as is" and works in good faith to keep it useful and safe. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of independent hosts and guests.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you and announce it on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoRosenda is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
