What is GoRosenda?
GoRosenda is a curated discovery platform for slow, intentional nature experiences. We start with how you feel — not where you want to go — and guide you to experiences that fit.
Every experience is hand-reviewed by our curation team. No listings spam, no algorithmic rankings.
How do I book an experience?
Booking takes about a minute:
- Find an experience that resonates.
- Pick a date, time, and number of guests.
- Sign in (or create a free account) and pay securely with Stripe.
- Receive your confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard everywhere. Where enabled, you'll also see Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay during checkout.
Lao QR Code support is coming later via a local banking partner — not currently available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each experience shows its policy on the booking page. The default is a moderate tier:
- Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the experience.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 2 and 7 days before.
- No refund within 48 hours, except in genuine emergencies (contact us).
Which languages are supported?
GoRosenda is available in English, Lao, and Chinese. Switch languages anytime from the menu in the header.
How do I become a host?
Apply through the Host page. We'll review your application within a few business days. Approved hosts can create experiences, manage availability, and receive payouts via Stripe Connect.
We're selective about who joins — every host is manually reviewed before going live.
What are ALEC leaves?
Leaves are credit you earn for being present — booking experiences, capturing reflections, leaving reviews. You can see your balance in your wallet.
Leaves are recognition, not a points scheme. We're building toward letting you spend them on small things over time.
